Centena is currently partnering a well-known fashion brand that is now looking for a Digital Web eCommerce Analyst

As the Digital eCommerce Analyst you will be responsible for providing detailed insight into performance across all digital channels. This role will focus on using data including web analytics, trading/sales reporting, channel performance and customer analysis to identify areas of improvement & growth opportunities.

You will be pivotal in helping this retailer to understand its online data and identify clear opportunities for the business to develop. Having the ability to notice data trends and present your analysis to the Ecommerce team you will need to be highly numerate with strong Excel skills to succeed.

Key responsibility and skill set

  • Solid understanding of Ecommerce, the digital environment and all associated channels
  • Significant experience in data analysis and analytics preferably in Ecommerce
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of various web analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Hitwise
  • Experience of using Email Service Providers and reporting on email performance
  • Proven experience in data manipulationAdvanced Excel knowledge including pivot tables, VBA, macros and lookups
  • Confident presenting and communicating at all levels in the business
