Centena are currently working with an Award Winning Agency that is now looking for a PHP Backend Developer to join its growing development team. As a driven and experienced Senior PHP Backend Web Developer you’ll define and develop sophisticated websites, and help maintain the agencies online products.

As an LAMP Stack Developer you will provide technical leadership in the implementation of sites and will work in the full spectrum of the stack. You will also have a great knowledge of the command line and be more than comfortable with managing web server environment (Rackspace). You’ll have experience of Wordpress (mainly) but also Drupal and Joolma and other open source CMS.

Bringing new ideas to the table, champion new processes and technologies and help in the development of the agencies innovation lab and have a great time doing it. You’ll need to have had previous experience marketing agency experiences and be used to working in a fast-paced exciting environment

Hands-on programming experience on LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) server applicationsWeb Developer should have in-depth knowledge of PHP 5+ including OOP and design patterns for scalability.Experience with version control, specifically Git.HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge, familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap a plus.
